Close, closer, pore: Frank Widemann's personal project is a beauty series of calm portraits and extreme close-ups, with slicked-back hair, peach blush and a dewy glow. At this proximity, less is more. We evened out the skin without losing pores, beauty spots or fine vellus hair, and kept the delicate rosé and peach tones of the make-up cleanly separated.
