Colour? Not needed when the attitude is right: this story for Conleys Magazine has something of a road movie about it, between brick facades, cobblestones and a convertible with plenty of chrome. In black and white, tonal control decides everything. We gave the chrome its brilliance, brought out knitwear and fringing three-dimensionally and kept the skin in fine contrast, so the images look powerful but never harsh.
