A look through the veil: on the cover of LATEST issue #14, blue tulle drapes over the face, with freckles and a clear gaze behind it. Transparent fabrics test a retoucher's patience, because every correction has to work through the mesh. We kept the skin natural and finely detailed, set the blue of the tulle cleanly against the warm beige and preserved the crisp net structure.
